I own an 8th Generation 4dr (and an Awesome CRX!). The 9th Gen was a step in the right direction for Honda. Sort of a test subject, and with a more aggressive trend in automotive design Honda has remained mostly reserved, until now, the 10th Generation! Turbo Civic Type-R... Diesel Hondas... Am I in Automotive Heaven?

Looks so sexy!! So I'm guessing the civic Si will have a turbo as well right? I mean since all the models are gonna have a 1.5 turbo im sure is gonna be more powerful than the si already, I can't wait to see what's under the hood of the Si!!!!

My Civic lease is up very soon. If the new Civic Si is head and shoulders better than the current Si then I am all in. If not, then 2016 Scion FR-S.

How is this a Civic? This is a Halo vehicle. I love the overtly aggressive styling, but that aesthetic belongs to a roadster. Not a Civic. Looking back, it's going to be sorely obvious that Honda backtracked from what they had already almost achieved- with the 2006 Civic Coupe. That is the spirit of the Civic. That design was truly refined and spoke to the heart of this brand, and it didn't look like it would slice your arm off. Just because it looks "cool" doesn't mean it is right. And it doesn't mean you can use whatever hand-waving contradictory jargon, to the point that your words mean nothing. Also, why the heck isn't this thing electric? I've always respected Honda for their expertise in engine technology, but the future is electric vehicles. Not styling that looks dangerous- literally. I will be purchasing a Tesla Model 3. I've been a proud Civic owner for years, but loyalty is earned, and this design shows me that they've lost their way, lost their brand- and I can't support this.

why do they even make concept cars its like giving u hyped up for something that they will never build because at the end it always comes out as another boring car
