I really hope that one day Montell will give us an explanation of whats inspiring his music during this point in his life. Of course, when he’s ready to speak on it, but i think itll help alot of us, especially me, that are lovers of Christ but still go through heartbreaks and seperation. Although many “religious” people may not like expression of ones rawest self, i think the art hes been putting out is a whole new level of learning how to honor how you feel, being raw and honest to God and others about it, and embracing the healing process of it all.
