Knobcon 24: Rain City Modular

At Knobcon 2024, we meet Joe from Rain City Modular to discuss the new Sequencer Construction Set, which breaks down the traditional sequencer into component parts: a clock buffer, an eight-step voltage sequencer, a 16-step trigger sequencer, and a dual sequential switch.

Joe explains that these can be assembled into either extensive or minimal sequencer setups, or used as utility modules for things like modulation sources and complex envelope generation. He also demonstrates the flexibility and dynamic editing capabilities of the sequencers, such as one-shot or looped sequences, front panel clocking, and ratcheting for up to eight pulses per step.
