Man dead after being shot multiple times at Waianae Boat Harbor

Honolulu police opened a murder investigation after a man in his 30s was shot around 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 6 at the Waianae Small Boat Harbor.

Just let that new State Department of Law Enforcements take over State Highways which is that's their jurisdiction... That's belongs to the State to patrol so that way it free up county police officers to police their county not State highways... Those State Law Enforcements sworn to enforce State Laws not security at courts and State buildings... lol... Put them on the road to enforce State laws on those State highways...
