Great review as always. You missed mentioning that there are turn limits in the game, though as of this date of posting the devs have said they will make them optional in a future patch. I think after hearing your praise for the game that I shall buy it. Also worth mentioning that there is an option to allow mid battle saves. That's always worth pointing out.

^ It is? I pay pretty close attention to gaming news, and I haven't been interested in much else this year. In fact, I'm struggling to find any SRPGs to play. I know more are coming in the near future (Fire Emblem and Front Mission), but I haven't been interested in anything that's been released, to this point. As for Lost Eidolons, it looks interesting, but I'm waiting for it to be released in some way that will allow me to own it (GoG, or physical), and also waiting for them to update it (i.e., finish it).

It alone makes me dislike the animation.
