Nirmala Sitharaman, Union Minister of Finance & Corporate Affairs, who is from Bengaluru has casted her vote and says she has voted for better infrastructure and in support of the double engine government by Narendra Modi government. She has said that her government has had better control over inflation at the centre and state and called Congressmen election Bhakts of Hanuman. She expressed her confidence that BJP will win with clear majority.
She arrived at the polling booth with her family.
