I'm glad I found you. You do exactly what I have done for over 50 years but can no longer go on hikes on unstable ground because of my knees. I turn 80 in a couple of weeks so two years ago I purchased a 4Runner which allows me to still go to lots of "lonely" places on what I call "Wild-ner-ness Carventures". You are my knee replacement that allows me to go to these wonderful places and you add that extra touch of information which I really enjoy. Glad I can travel with you.

Well, of course you can't please everyone. I think you do a good job of balancing the content in your videos: information, history, beautiful views, the occasional rock climbing thrill... Keep doing what you're doing. We'll keep looking forward to another Saturday cup of tea with Tristan!

Dragon teeth or crocodile rock formation. Cool rocks.

You take us on some unique hikes! Love the fact that you are showing us these areas and there's never anyone else around. These are America's REAL treasures. Beauty and solitude.

Love how you show yourself inside the arches to give perspective as to how large they are. Without that reference they could be any size and we wouldn't know. Thanks.

Tristan, your videos are perfect. I enjoy everything about them. People need to stop telling you to add more info about history or this, that and the other thing. You are unique, and that's why I adore you. If you were to add more history, geology, etc, like people are asking of you, then it would probably ruin the uniqueness and quality of your videos of your hikes and exploration. They can do their own research. I watch you because of how you create. Please don't change your ways for those people. I love your videos.

That viewpoint of the Green was, as you said, stunning.
I was trained as a geophysicist, so my paleontology isn’t as complete as a proper geologists’, but I would guess the crocodile rock is a collection of fossilized proto-clams or large worm casings.
The circles in the next area I also think were organically generated.

Road along the Green River is Hey Joe Canyon. It's a Jeep road with lots of tamarisks that scratch Jeeps. :) Enjoy!

So beautiful. What a long hike. I appreciate what information you do share with us. I've learned so much. The main reason I enjoy your videos more than others. It's not just hey look at me and the fabulous places I go. Your videos are educational, shows amazing places and the best views. I love the peace and serenity in your videos. The quiet is much appreciated.

You find the most awesome places and "things". You spark people to ask questions & hopefully to find answers so we can all learn. May God bless you Tristan (& family) for taking us along your journey. My favorite part is how you are able to film & show us the magnitude of the arches-then the small scale of the crocodile ❣️🤩

My favorite part was the sound effect of the instagram hole shot!
It was cool to see the off roaders who you could see but who were very unlikely to know that they were in your video.
I stayed in a place on Green River in Green River as a stepping off place to visit Canyon Lands. (I am NOT recommending it!)
I stayed twice… the second time was awful and I wrote a bad review of the owner who caters to the bus loads who stay there and not repeat customers who book independently. I digress.
Thanks for sharing your adventures and the around Moab areas with us.

I have flown over the Green River my entire life flying between CA and MO. It is a huge attention getter for me. This video was made for me. Okay, others, too, but now I can fulfill my daydream of one day getting up close and personal with the area and the Green River. I start full-time van life in June and have this hike on my "to do" list. Thanks, Tristen, and keep up the good work!

Back in the mid 70’s they had a float, motor trip called the friendship cruise. You launched your boat at Green River you then floated down to the Colorado river. You then had to motor up the Colorado river to Moab where your vehicle and trailer would be waiting for you. What a trip I will never forget it. It was held on Memorial Day weekend.

I have been watching you for 2 or more years. You have given me so many hours of beautiful sight seeing. I absolutely love the desert hikes. Fabulous. Very grateful for your channel

What an incredible area! Sadly, this is the first I've heard of this hike, but it's on the list!
And, just as one long-time viewer/reader, you do a great job of explaining the areas, history, locations, etc. Keep it up!

I think the amount of info in your videos is perfect. It's the right balance of explaining what you're seeing and whetting our appetites to learn more. There's this amazing thing called "Google" where people can enter their more specific questions to learn more! I've googling many times after watching these videos! I've also placed a bunch of pins on my google maps for "places to visit" (well, places where my smaller SUV can go). Keep up the great work and exploration!

I like how you point out interests that would naturally occur for any person looking for a certain aspect a place is known for or stumbling upon something unexpected.

Utah is one of the most beautiful states in the USA. I think everybody should make a trip there if they love the outdoors.
