Adobe has just announced that you can get Photoshop for free. Currently the free version is only being tested in Canada, but I have a free photoshop alternative that you can also use.

Had to buy adobe for school back in the day. Paid quite a bit for something I could only use while I was in school and then needed to buy the product again once I no longer had a valid college email. Oh boy was that fun.

Still using a cracked Photoshop from CS4. I have tried Photopea and it is sweet. Almost identical to PS and you can import and save as PSD.

I have a bone to pick with Adobe...I bought Adobe Creative Suite 3 a long time ago, but I still used all the programs. Until, one day, SURPRISE! Adobe decided that my license had expired and I could no longer use it, even though it was fully paid for. Not nice. Diabolical, in fact.

I get ALL my Adobe stuff for free. It's called torrenting! In fact, I get nearly all my stuff for free that way. It's saves loads of money and means you can test out a product before you forget to buy it.

Photopea does not = Photoshop ? Photopea does not even come close to PS 1.0, just because it opens psd files doesn't mean it does everything PS does. Stop calling it Photoshop.
