Same here.. we need to stop over complicating things.. I always thought I need to go 5 times a week to the gym and eat below 1300 calories to lose weight.. yes I lost weight really quickly but I also gained it back so quick after I couldn't keep doing that..
A few months ago I decided to eat nutritious food and walk 10k steps a day and go here and there swimming and I lost 20 kg (40lbs) in 5 months without a lot of effort and one of the most important things I didn't gain it back..
Now I hope to lose the next 30 kg 🙏

Sis, I have been doing great watching you. Im 58 with 2 daughters 30/32 and I have been in fitness industry forever. Love how youre eating and I actually just finished a cottage cheese, spaghetti squash, turkey marinara bowl. So filling and delicious. Been wearing weighted (16lbs) vest to walk my dogs daily and been adding heavy weights to all workouts to almost failure (except my quick cardio). Feeling FLY!! Thank you!!!

TY I am 64 and stop running 40 miles a week.I still run one day but that is it otherwise I walk lift weights eat very well little processed foods love your recipes living off them.

I wish this was true for all women... with pcos and Thyroid issues I don't make any progress at all unless I fast for 3 days at time . Down 10kg now but the struggle is real.

Trading “unhealthy” processed foods for “healthy” processed foods won’t do anything for you. It’s eating whole foods and fresh produce that will get you where you need to be!

AMEN! Thank you! Finaly someone breaking it down how it is - eat good food, spend time in nature, work out for your health and not to achieve a certain body. Thank you for this, it's so refreshing to see your video in a pile of false damaging messages that wreck young girls' confidence and destroy their mental and physical health.

Especially as women, our energy levels fluctuate dramatically depending on our menstrual cycle and we won't have the same energy for a workout during the luteal phase as we have during ovulation. But that's okay. We also need a different amount of calories in each phase, different foods to support hormonal balance. But being your body's friend and not its enemy and listening to its needs is when the magic happens. ❤

I am in that slump. Menopausal, healthcare overnight tech 5 nights a week. I'm being mindful of what I eat( more whole foods less supplements) moving my body more often ( walking dogs in the am and pm) water omg water!!. So far down 10 lbs and I feel okay. Not terrible.
