Punjab Congress Implosion Continues, Amarinder Singh To Quit Congress, But Says Won't Join BJP

Captain Amarinder Singh has confirmed that he is resigning from the Congress but reiterated that he will not be joining the Bharatiya Janata Party.

However, in a statement released by his office, former Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh said that the Congress was going downhill with senior leaders being completely ignored and not given a voice.
