Just cuz you filter it so it shows "posted 12min ago" realistically does nothing. It will still be posted for some time and 100s of ppl will apply. Personally the only real advice is stay away from over saturated markets. Like web dev; JS, Node, React, etc. Also find job postings, but then apply directly to the company either on their site or call them. Really besides that nothing else you can do. Start up company that just got funded will not hire you. They don't have time to hold your hand they want to continue to scale, they will continue to run with the crew they already have maybe add a very industry experienced dev. Honestly this guy just wants to sell his course.
