When I first started doing this tutorial, it was blowing my mind that two different files had the same name as page.jsx and I thought it sounded like a disaster waiting to happen. I even left a comment exclaiming my distaste for that kind of naming practice.

But after finishing this project, I can see how that's a pretty cool thing to do, once you get accustomed to it. I deleted that comment I made very shortly after I left it, cause that type of thing to say isn't going to benefit anyone, haha.

Despite being comfortable with React and Node, I just couldn't get my head around Next.js and it seemed messy. But this tutorial is awesome, I understand why people like it now.

if anyone's having an issue where the updated ticket data isn't showing after making changes, try changing the order of the router refresh and push to this:

router.push('/');
router.refresh()

Just an observation: the way the <label> tag is used in the <form> here is not useful unless we add htmlFor attribute or include the inputs inside the label tag. It's not associated with the input otherwise.
