The reboot doesn't even compare.. They dropped the ball in so many ways. The original is classic!!👍 Well written.. Unique... Do many firsts in a prime time TV show

I'm deep in the 8th season now. It's interesting how much different the music is in the 1st season in the early 80's compared to the 8ths season in the late 80's. One of the reasons this was such a good show was mike post did such a good job with the music. But yeah this is all funky and 70's, they didn't even have the main theme song yet. One of the great things about this show, is after seeing the whole thing, you can go back and look at earlier episodes and enjoy how much things had changed. In the early 80's their swim shorts were like there weird, generic, ultra short grey things, but in just a few years they had to upgrade their fashion.

In the background, you can clearly see airport security watch Magnum switch tubes and not do anything. How did Magnum get to the other side without going through metal detector line? Ah, the good old days when airport security sucked.

I dont get it. At the end, How did Magnum get thru the secure screening area to make the switch before anyone else if there were only 2 screening booths and TC and Rick were at #1 and #2 booth?
