The estuary is stuffed with sea trout right now. Been out a few times the past couple of weeks and if it's calm they are everywhere.


Wee question, what braid are you using? I just changed my old stuff to spider wire and all I'm getting is the spool outs, like a loop from inside the spool comes out and you are there forever trying to fix it.

You guys run small hooks i run 2, 4 and 6 is small here i might start tryin some smaller flies we are finally gettin some rain this weekend 30 to 80 mm that'll get me out on Tues .Our 29 th wedding anniversary is Mon only for that i'd be out Mon lol....

Sadly theese days that's considered a very good fish, the decline of salmon overall and especially the large fish is terrifying:(
