Here’s the testimony of some one fighting back and reversing kidney disease.

33 yrs old. Stage 4 CKD. I was told there is no way to reverse this. My nephrologist informed me on 2/15/24 that my GFR was 17%. I was then scheduled for dialysis class.
That same day I removed all meat from my diet and had very little dairy. I completed blood work on 2/27/24. At my next appointment 2/29/24 my GFR was 22%.
SWITCHING WORKED!!! I refused to accept dialysis as a condition for me. I knew that there had to be something I could do. I'm thankful that I had enough time to figure out alternatives. 22% is better but still obviously dangerously low. If you're reading this and still have time, CHANGE YOUR LIFE!
SAVE YOUR LIFE! No one can save you but you! I don't know you but I am rooting for

Thanks for that! I will now eliminate those five footer sweet potatoes from my diet. Thank goodness because I was about to buy a second large refrigerator to make room for my other produce.
