I painted my little houses cream, added glitter and gold accents. I made a village with trees and village people. I actually own a large Christmas village that I collected for years....but I rarely pull it out anymore since we travel to spend Christmas with our grandchildren every year! I stick with my Dollar Tree decor!!

Thanksgiving doesn’t have much decor to it, and it’s so close to Christmas most people, including me would rather enjoy the beautiful Christmas decor as long as possible. Especially since it’s so dark this time of year, Christmas has beautiful lights. Most people celebrate Thanksgiving, it’s a day to get together.

Ok so a MASSIVE Dollar Tree just opened up near us last week and I'm so excited. I visited today and they were heavily picked over already but I finally have a Dollar Tree on Kathryn's level

I loved the gingerbread houses, i also watched the tiktok ice videos. That mansion gave me a child-like feeling when you wake up Christmas morning and you have presents waiting on you. If nobody told you, you are more than enough...❤❤

I love all your wonderful ideas for Christmas Kathryn. But I sure wish someone would decorate with Thanksgiving in mind. I love Thanksgiving and its meaning to be grateful for all that we have whether it's family, friends, fur family etc. I enjoy just sitting at a full table looking at my grown children and remembering when they were little. I'm doing vintage Christmas this year too. I ordered from Temu some metal Christmas signs and I'm flabbergasted how gorgeous they are when they arrived. I got an antique beige one that has the opening line from twas the night before Christmas, with a vintage tree, cute mouse and stocking printed on it. Its beautiful and looks so antique. I have it displayed on a distressed plate holder/easel and I'm in love. I also got the metal vintage santa face & the print & coloring is stunning. Both were only 1.50 each. Something like that in the antique store would be like 15.00 or more easy.
