Java Type Casting Tutorial #55

This is how you cast a variable in java. ☕

int a = (int) b;

Simply put the type you want it to be in parentheses. That's it! Java will now cast your variable to be the variable type you want.

I just wanted to thank you- I did a number getting three masters classes per 10 week term but im getting my degree in the summer. Switching majors to web dev and design has broadened my horizons.
