When Shane tells Frank that she’s not going to Buffalo, the score for the Seattle versus Oakland game is shown twice in consecutive shots.

Number 2
A split second before The Zit is blown up by Osmosis Jones, the name of the club changes from The Zit to The Cyst which was the original plan for the club before production changed it.

Number 3
The position of Shane’s false eyelash changes from her top eyelid when it’s put on in the bus to her bottom lashes when Ozzy and Thrax are fighting.

Number 4
Osmosis Jones can be heard talking when Drix arrives via the stomach, but his mouth is seen moving before the line is delivered.

Number 5
When Osmosis comes back to the police station after blowing up The Zit, he calls Leah Brandy, and this was actually a slip up because the voice actress’ name is Brandy Norwood.
