I've figured it out!! She's storing the bulbs to plant in the garden in the spring. I'm not sure, but I think that's how you grow fairy lights. Fireflies, Glow Worms and Lightning Bugs land on them to recharge their glowy bits.

It's called Dubai chocolate, and is viral due to tiktok content (other social media too I'm sure!)

The pink and gold are for fun and aesthetic.

The noodles you use are called kataifi or other thin noodles like vermaceli can be substituted if you have no access to kataifi.

The frying of the noodles makes them extra crunchy and toasty in flavor, enhancing the intricacy of this dessert. The final result is a chocolate bar with crunchy pistachio and tahini crunch in the middle. I will find an image and link it as i'm also bothered it cut at the end!

The first green spread is made by Sahha, but any Pistachio Cream should do.
