One thing I’ve gotten GOOD at again is vacationing. 😎

And I attribute a key success factor in being able to truly “disconnect”.

This allows me to be present and SAVOR those vacation moments to create lifelong memories and feel-good feelings.💖

But “disconnecting” is NOT easy for many of us. Not thinking about or “checking” on work when “off the clock” is difficult for us high-achievers.😏
