Those are team announcers. The truth is lots of pitchers throw 100+. Let's see if he needs Tommy John surgery and what comes next. There arre very few 100+ pitchers that don't eventually need it. Nolan Ryan had perfect mechanics. Aroldas Chapman has survived, but most blow out their arm. Chris Sale, Jacob Degrom, Noah Syndegard, Matt
Harvey, Justin Verlander, King Felix. It is a lot harder today when pitchers throw many more stress pitches than they used to.
