One of my favorite indie authors is actually local to my hometown of Portland, and her novels are amazing! Her name is Shelbi Wescott, and so far she's published four novels: the Virulent trilogy and After Life, and the prices cannot be beat! :)

You should check out Madly, Deeply by Erica Crouch and Mortality by Kellie Sheridan both self -published! They also blog at the YA WordNerds channel!!

Klaire de lys on YouTube has just put out a book called Outsider- it's fantasy and really great!

Don't know if this exactly counts as an indie book, but The Declaration by Gemma Malley is an incredible book! I'm currently reading it for the third time! ;)
It's set in the future, where people can take drugs to live forever, providing they sign a declaration to say that they won't have children, otherwise the world would get too overpopulated. Some people opt out, to have children, but then some people do both, but if they do have both, they are arrested and their children are taken away to a house where they are taught that they have to lessen their sin of being born. The book is written from the perspective of a girl living in one of these houses. It's really good and I cannot recommend it more!!! :)
