Just bought a 2023 RMAX 4 and did a 110 mile break-in trail ride. I was surprised how comfortable it was and I didn't get fatigued. So far i love everything about it except cleaning it! Great rig.

I have owned a Can Am Commander, a Polaris General, and now a Yamaha Rmax. Thus far, after 1000 miles on the Rmax, the first two rigs aren’t in the same class as the Rmax!
The 3 drive modes, the clutching, the smoother ride over rough terrain, not a lot of clanking and rattling like the other two, and the interior finish makes the Rmax my choice by a “Long Shot”!
AND, I’m just getting started.👍

Love my RMAX XT-R, I've had it since October of 2020, nothing but smiles! Easily the best sport utility machine out there!

I've been a Yamaha owner since 87. Did my research before I bought my 1st sxs, I feel I made a great choice when I got my xtr. Definitely worth the wait.

800 trouble free miles on my 2021 RMAX 2. One beast of a machine!

I own a 2023 RZR 1k. First and last one I would buy. They touched on the rattles and clunks! Boy is that an understatement. It is not confidence inspiring. The power is great. Steering is great. After that it’s substandard. 22k for a new machine and it riddled with annoying little things. Stay away from anything Polaris, unless you want the weekend project of servicing EVERYTHING on it. Belts, hubs, bushings, electrical issues.

I ride a 2021 RMAX2 XTR zero issues, nothing but a legit ride in all conditions, super comfortable and easy to operate systems, phenomenal visibility. I ride often and aggressively.

I bought a Polaris General XP 1000 Ultimate because of the 06 Polaris Outlaw that I bought from my cousin in 2008 (he bought it new). It needs new tires and a new seat, but the machine itself starts, drives and behaves like it did the first time I rode it in 06!

Watching your ride the things I noticed the most the Polaris sounded like everything underneath was coming apart, the other the Polaris driver was thrown around more. Thank you for letting us tag along

You can hear all the drive line lash/slop in the General everytime it passes the camera.

Why not Add the Gen2 CanAm Commander XTP to the shootout?

I have a 21 rmax limited just like in the video and I must say best machine for east coast riding have taken it 3x to Hatfield and mccoy trails and the turning radius is great for all the the adventure pro is worthless had none of the trails pre loaded for Hatfield or windrock Park....yamaha/Magellan needs to fix that. Hell pay me to map all the trails!!!!

Now do the RMAX4 vs the General4 on the same trail, or better yet, on the Rubicon Trail ;)

love my General, nothing bad to say about Yamaha. General was just a better looking machine and we love ride command. we also like door handles on the outside of the doors. General is definitely quieter inside

I really want a new machine, but the cost is crazy. My 2005 Sportsman is going to have to do.

That Polaris sounded like an old International Pickup truck with a rattly tailgate coming down those rocks. The Yamaha was tight and all you could hear was the suspension working. Having said that, why not just buy a Jeep and drive it there and back home when you are done lol. I've never understood the allure of these cars for off road when you could get an ATV and have more fun. I mean you drive a car to where you're going to ride, unload another car and get in it and drive some more. I know they are fun but man the price of these things is nuts.
