Here it comes, television's most exciting hour of fantastic prizes the fabulous sixty-minute Price is Right!

We are showcasing episodes not viewed in decades. Starting from Season 11 (1982), this is the first season when animal furs were no longer offered as prizes, supporting Bob’s advocacy of animal rights in memory of his wife Dorothy Jo.

To celebrate what would have been Bob Barker's 100th birthday, the channel is also featuring episodes from the debut season of The "New" Price Is Right in 1972.

What a show.
Nothing like eating a bowl of cereal while sick from school listening to Bob Barker and Rod Roddy

Somewhere out there, in the corner of a garage, that exact refrigerator is still running!

That refrigerator and tv are most likely still working. Things were built way better back then and lasted.

Remember when a 19 inch tv was huge...(and colour to boot)...and they only weighed, a very easy to lift, 110 lbs.
(Slight sarcasm here folks).

My grandmother had several of those items. I can confirm most of them still work and hold up way better than their modern counterparts. And cost about 7 raspberries.

Bob Barker ! The king 🤴 charm! And the president of Dapper! 😊. I so miss his price is right. My grandmother would swoon every time he came on the screen.

Stuff falls out at my house too! 😂 I was just watching several of those from 1973-1975 last night on YT. Wow things were a lot less money back then! Funny clothes and hair styles too. Bob Barker lived until 100 yrs old, he passed in 2023. He always looked out for small animals too. ❤

Don’t know about the blooper but Johnny Olsens voice was magical for this classic game show

I have a Gibson electric stove. Very old. I also had a Gibson refrigerator. Wish I'd kept it.

The best blopper was the Sept. 29 1982 episode Holly Hallstrom vs the refrigerator. Now that blooper was funny 😂

I got a Gold Star TV for Christmas in the late 70s-early 80s. It was an awesome TV. I had it until I got my first flat screen in 2008 and it still worked great. I've had 3 flat screens since then.
