One of the very best train travel videos I have seen. The notes included made it even more interesting. This is the way that more of these programmes should be made. I watched it in one go. Thank you so much.

A truly wonderful series of videos - thank you so much. I lived and worked in Tokyo for 2 years and visited Japan at least 50 times when I worked in Hong Kong. I love the country, its beauty, history, culture and people. I have also transited the Pacific and Atlantic many times but never by ship - always flights unfortunately. But I did a cruise on a small boat from Vancouver up to Glacier Bay not far from Juneau in Alaska which was stunning, and also a 2-day trip on the Rocky Mountaineer train from Vancouver to Banff. Equally stunning, especially seated in the panorama cars. I think I may have stayed in the same hotel in Vancouver as you - the Pan Pacific. Many thanks once again.

Hello from Vancouver. This was an excellent 3-part series, very well done! I'm happy to become a new subscriber. You completed an epic journey halfway around the globe that I would love to emulate someday. I look forward to your future adventures.

Thank you for taking videos of Jasper. The town lost many buildings after the forest fire went through the town 😢. Your video is probably the last one that the public saw before the 🔥 took the Town.

1:00:05 The wooded area is deep in the heart of the city, not the outskirts, but is the undeveloped and scenic Don River Valley.

Hellow from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Time Index 21:05 - Yellowhead Pass is where you cross from the province of British Columbia into the province of Alberta ... it does not separates east and west coast of Canada.😜 Jasper, AB is only 20 minutes from Yellowhead Pass if you drive. You are still 4 time zones to the east coast of Canada ... fun fact: the land area of the province of British Columbia is LARGER than the land area of California, Oregon, and Washington State in the USA - combined.

My great grandfather crossed Canada on the CPR in 1890-1, then south to Seattle to visit a brother, and back through the US via Chicago to Toronto. In Chicago he visited with friends constructing the Canadian exhibit for the 1892 World’s Fair. His diary is in the Glenbow Museum in Calgary. I wonder what he would think about this fancy train?

A bit surprised you didn't take first-class Via Rail Canada. BTW, loved part one of taking the Cunard cruise from Tokyo to Vancouver!
