The best lipliners I've found so far is the Revlon ColorStay, in fact everything ColorStay is awesome. I've been using that line since it launched: lips, eyes, face 😍 no other liner lasts longer. I know, it's not from 2024 but nothing can beat it still so they remain on top 😁
