I Drove to Auburn to Watch Oklahoma at Auburn

I head to Auburn to take in my first Auburn game EVER at Auburn! This stadium was AMAZING! I loved taking in the sights and sounds of a stadium I hadn't been to!

OU/TX is one everyone should experience

You owe it to yourself to go to the Red River Rivalry: OU/Texas!!! Over 90k fans in the stadium, divided evenly along the 50 yard line, half OU & half Texas while surrounded by over 100k attendees of the State Fair of Texas right outside the stadium inside the beautiful Fair Park in Dallas, Texas, the near exact midway point between Norman and Austin. In addition, except for 2022 (Coach Venables first year where OU had NO scholarship QBs who could play), the last 8 games have been absolute barn burners with a 4 OT game and bunch of big time players and big time comebacks galore. There is no doubt in my mind that this trip should be on every college football fan's bucket list. With all due respect to Georgia/Florida, it is the BEST neutral site college football rivalry game in America period! Boomer!

You need to go to the oklahoma-texas game at the Cotton Bowl October 12th. Half the stadium is orange half the stadium is red. 300, 000 people at the State Fair! It is the most insane environment anywhere!

I got the privilege to be in the oklahoma pep band for this game. What an incredible experience. We got to hang out with the Auburn band and everyone was so nice

I believe if you were to go to some of the other SEC schools you would be just as uplifted, even amazed at the awe inspiring pre-game shoes. A LSU night game is one of the best for pageantry. When the Vols run through the T is stunning. The Texas A and M 12th Man is one of the best traditions of college football. Let's not forget the rolling out of the Oklahoma Sooner Wagon. As you most likely saw on television last night the game between Alabama-Georgia was one of the best games ever played in college football. The atmosphere of that game was so electric that I could feel the vibes through the television. Hats off to Auburn for their eagle fly, the wonderful band, plus the loyalty of their fans all contribute to all that we love and admire in college football. So, Sir, hats off to all the SEC schools for giving us such a powerful display of deepest loyalty and love for their college teams/school. Almost forgot to mention that Texas has some magnificent college cheering songs--and, their band is stunning and the crowd goes wild when the Texas Steer is brought out unto the field. All of these reasons are just some of the reasons of why so many of us love college football. PS: If you were to attend an Iron Bowl game between Bama-Auburn you would see the very height of football passion. It would be a game experience you would never forget.

If you can ever make it to an OU / Texas Red River Rivalry you must go. There is nothing like it! Half crimson half burnt orange 92, 000 split at the 50 years line. stuffed in an old crappy stadium in the middle of a state fair. It’s amazing.

I was wondering what the OU fan showing was for the game. Watching on tv I was surprised at how loud the cheers were when OU got the pick six.

Gotta go to OU/Texas. At the site of the Texas State Fair. Equal distance from Austin. Equal distance from Norman. 92, 000 fans in the stadium. 200, 000 people outside the stadium just enjoying the Texas State Fair. The stadium is split right down the middle at the 50. One side all OU fans. The other side, all Texas fans. No matter what happens, on EVERY play there's equally loud cheers and boos at the same time the whole game through. It's just a special game in a special environment, unmatched by anything else in college football! Nothing else is even close.
