Concerning weaponized AI: The ability to precisely strike a target is better than to hit the wrong target. AI will increase accuracy in defense and attack measures. This is a morale choice because it helps containing the conflict. Hence we should develop AI weapons.

Compare the wikileaks "collateral damage" with the first attack on Irak with precision missiles. It's obvious what is winning the PR-war.
