Great video! If there is one thing that helps avoid accelerating dementia progression, it is avoiding SARS-CoV-2 infection by wearing a well fitting N95/FFP2 respirator. There are many studies showing this, such as: Souvik Dubey et al, The Effects of SARS-CoV-2 Infection on the Cognitive Functioning of Patients with Pre-Existing Dementia, Journal of Alzheimer's Disease Reports (2023).
