Lawsuit means nothing. Employee alleges employer engaged in some wrong doing. Labor board says "Nope, unsubstantiated but you can sue" and lawyer files lawsuit against wealthy person.

I’m not defending Bidwill for being the most standup person but lawsuits these days happen based on disgruntled hearsay or just people wanting a cash grab. If he’s guilty, get rid of him - but find the facts before the picture is painted.
