Fun fact: early in his lawyer career, he was actually outspokenly against the death penalty, which I find extremely funny, considering what happens later in his life 😂

Can't he be both? How come our historical figures have to be quasi-one dimensional? He was a revolutionary hero who got carried away with his own fears. It can happen to the best of 'em to be fair.
