Remember to wash thoroughly before peeling! Most of the vitamins and minerals are in the peels😘 I have been eating them for over 60 years. Better than potato chips!

I've been frying, baking PS for 40 years.
Onions, cheese, bacon bits are a good combo... you can put a variety of things on them... dont forget chives, chili, hamburger meat... on on and on and on.

Way too many recipes tell you to remove the peels when they should just leave them on. They're delicious, crisp up well, nutritious, less waste, and less work.

Idk…most potato skins are real gritty (difficult to walk completely). Worth a try I guess.
