Do Not Confuse Community Management With Social Media Marketing

There is a difference between just managing a social platform or managing it in the way of what I would say post and forget versus Community Management which requires active engagement that requires somebody actually looking at those posts, seeing if somebody commented, commenting to the comments, engaging with the people, taking it further, taking it offline if needed.
