Amaan Bhai the story is partially true. The name of the girl was Priyanka. And there was not an ad shoot. They were friends and they did such gruesome deeds. And there were 5 boys. I am from Rajkot. I went there about 3 times. Once in a night too and i have also encountered the soul unknowingly. So the spirit ia true but story is quite diffrent.

I stay approx 11mnth in sukan apartment 500mtr nr from Avadh palace 2013 to 2014.... it's true....woh property करोड़ों ki hai par koi nahi was visited many times in day and night time ....its scary but kuch dekha nahi tha
