I've been clean for a couple years now, before that I used meth for 3yrs, this song reminds me of when I was homeless, on meth and literally dreaming my life away during that time. When I first got clean, I had to learn how to communicate again. I'm still healing, learning..I just love the success story, and can kinda relate, LOVE Tash's creations, songs. I would consider my bf& I to be polar opposites, but we love your music. The midnight release& instagram post that came with it felt like a personal request. I read it to him& surprisingly thats what we did. He spent about 30min looking for an animated wallpaper that reacted differently to each pitch, then we laid down on the bed in the dark& listened. This was the song that we weeped to. This whole album is beautiful, but filled with so much pain. I think this album means a lot more than what reviews speculate, and what you allow yourself to say, regarding the grand scheme of things.
