I am an older lady and love your videos. I have two goals I guess for 2025. Decluttering. That's been a big issue since my husband passed away. But it just has to be done and I pray the Lord gives me the strength. And my second goal is to just be kind to everyone. Sometimes, when life has been hard, we focus on our pain and mindlessly lash out at others. I want to remind myself every day that so many people are far worse off than me and not to be short, or inconsiderate, or impatient. Just to be kind.

I have not had television for about 12-13 years, and I'm not on social media of any kind (like FB, IG or TT), so I watch your videos just to relax. I particularly love that you are followers of Christ because I know your content is going to be wholesome and God-centered. I am 71 and have been sewing for 60 years. You might be aware that most (but not all) sewers have a stash of varying amounts, and I am no exception. Last September, I found a woman on YT who started a "dress-a-girl" ministry, where we sew dresses for disadvantaged girls, mostly in impoverished countries. I went through my stash and was able to put together 15 dresses in a week without buying any additional fabric--which, I don't mind admitting, is a bit embarrassing. I plan to continue to use my stash to make more dresses, some "fidget" blankets for Alzheimers patients, and making gifts (like bowl cozies) for friends and family. I'm also going to try my hand at quilting, if time allows. I lead an on-line women's Bible study, so that takes a lot of study time. And like you, I love to DIY--which creates a "stash" all its own. Praying you have a truly blessed 2025, but maybe a little less hectic and jam-packed, and that your website blesses others as I know you desire it to do. I lived in Tucson for a year and it's beautiful there--a little too hot for me, but truly breathtaking scenery, especially the skies--day or night! Peace and grace to you and your family! 💗
