Guess what this is how I used make tissue flowers when I was 8 - 10yrs old. By the way I am now 79yrs old !!!! We didn’t have toilet paper, that was that wide enough & we didn’t have paper towels. We used Kleenex, which was very soft & had 4 layers (so the layers pulled apart easy & they were soft). After we pulled the layers apart we used lipstick to color the edges, didn’t have colored markers then either LOL 😂 When I was a little older, I taught my younger sister 👩 how to make them & by then we had colored Kleenex. We no longer have colored Kleenex or toilet paper because the dyes in them R not good for us But we made them just like you R doing NOW.
