I’ve been happily watercoloring for a couple of years, but this year I’m just not getting my act together. I’m practicing but nah, I’m not happy with the results. Fortunately I have some oil pastels, pastel paper, mixed media paper, and watercolor paper. I’ve been watching oil pastel videos and now I’ve decided to try my hand at oil pastel painting. I will go back to watercoloring but right now oil pastel painting is my medium of choice. This was a very helpful video, thank you!

I've been trying to decide if I want to try the Van Gough Oil pastels out. After seeing this, I don't think so. They seem a bit dry and they don't look like they blend very well at all. Anyways, great video, you're a good teacher.
