Not much to choose between them in the still photos, as far as I can see, and apart from the lack of stabilisation in the Mi10 lite video, it performed quite well too. But I've just placed an order today for the 4a 5g here in the UK, so having watched your video, I'm happy with my choice. awesome good camera, big screen, very good battery !, FM Radio, 5G, 6 GB Ram, 128 GB Storage, Stereo Spaekaers (very good), 120 HZ Display and so on... i bought it for 270 Euros 3 month ago, included the smart band 4 . Was a great deal! I loved in the past LG devices and this is a great cheap alternative. I still dont think to buy another device and this is important-
and the charging speed is phenomenal fast, i still can't believe this

Great, thorough review as always! The Pixel easily wins. The 10T pro has some sort of smoothing effect that washes details and colors as if applying beautify mode to all images. That lack of 4k/30 stabilization is hurl-inducing. I love Xiaomi phones (using Redmi Note 8 Pro) but this is a poor showing for the brand. I really thought it could hold its own against the Pixel 4a. I was clearly wrong.

Pixel just wins just from its ai but i would still buy the mi 10t lite since you can just download gcam and it would basically be better

pixel seems better generally. The way it renders grass and trees is far superior as well

When I knew I was going to get the Pixel 5, I had decided to get my elderly mum a 4a to replace the Note 8 I had given to her.
I knew from watching your reviews that it would have a good camera but in the end, the smaller, lighter and simpler phone seduced her and she uses her phone more that she ever did with the Note 8 (too big, heavy).

Hi I have the Mi 10t lite 5g, it's a great phone for the money I went for the 128gb version, which I am glad I did as you can't use the SD card for apps ... I guess the LCD screen is not as good the pixels but the speakers are great. And the size of the screen is good for watching stuff. If photography is your thing I would always go pixel ..although all the new iPhones are good now. I havent really had a chance to really test the cameras yet but I don't think it as good as my pixel 3 XL even with GCAM installed will have to experiment. I do like this phone the build quality seems very good and no bugs so far. After owning lots of android and iOS phones. For normal use seems as quick as my old OnePlus 6
