This is horrendous; this whole issue, state by state, is horrendous.  I have never, in my life, seen or heard such terrible interfering with people's ability to vote in a country that prides itself on its democracy.  From Bill Clinton turning up at voting stations to voters being turned away to voters not being counted to counts being recorded 'incorrectly' to now this in Arizona. The USA should be ashamed of themselves.  EVERYONE inside the USA, EVERY US citizen around the world, should be ashamed of what is happening in this process. And then for a candidate to come out and infer that this is nothing more than 'poor gamemanship'!  Seriously!  It's beyond a joke; it's worse than a farce.  And the fact that top officials are not standing up and saying something speaks volumes. No wonder I hear many Americans say 'oh, I don't vote' or 'ha, my vote doesn't count'.  I don't blame them and they are right...and I NEVER thought I'd hear myself say that!  Disgusting.  All of it is just disgusting.

Well handled, Bernie. How about a recount?

So only 600k people voted, out of a population of 6.7mil? that's horrendous!
Even if you say 30% of the pop is not of voting age, that still means only 13% or so of eligible voters actually came out to place a vote. I live in a country where voting is compulsory, so these figures are just astonishing to me.

This was a complete fiasco. I live in Maricopa County and it took me 2 1/2 hours in line to vote and this was at 7am. The reasoning is because there was only 60 polling places in all of Maricopa county down 70% from the last election. 60 polling locations for 4 million people!? The excuse being they "didn't anticipate that large of a turnout".

So you reduce the number of locations by 70% from the previous voting cycle and you don't anticipate chaos!? Let me paint the picture. When this happens, there is NO PARKING. People standing in the sun with lines wrapped around buildings and down the block. People cannot wait hours on end to cast a vote. Anyone with a job had to be turned away and didn't get the opportunity to vote.

Also, the media called AZ with only 2% of the polling locations were reporting and thousands of people were still in line late after the closing of the polls. How does this make sense? This was not an mistake or an oversight. Something this ridiculous is clearly voter suppression and the fix is in.

there was a two hour wait here in utah the lines were crazy. The husband and I took our 5 year old kiddo, we weren't expecting the long wait but we did stick out. Next time we are packing a lunch and getting a sitter.

The 2 party system loves voter suppression. The Top 2 general election scheme here in CA is all about suppressing alternative political parties.

This is 2016 and we still don't have secure online voting.

Arizona. From 200 voting precincts down to 60 over a number of years and that's the state where people go to retire so you can just imagine how the population has grown over the years. I know, I lived there for a year in Tucson. This is flagrant voter suppression that took place and some people need to serve some prison time for tampering with democracy..

This kind of thing is why so many people choose not to vote.

We should all be able to contribute. I'm in college and have a very part time job. I donated $20, who's gonna match me?

5 hours waiting in line will be nothing if Bernie becomes President.
