As far as I understand it the 36W is the power output, and the 8800mAh is the capacity. The 36Watts basically means that your two routers can draw a combined total of 3A at 12V (12X3=36). Calculating the running time is something totally different, as we have to look at the depth of discharge of the battery, (which is usually an absolute maximum of 50%). So the 8800mAh has 4400mAh (or 4.4Ah) usable capacity, and this translates to 52.8Wh (4.4x12). So the battery should last about 4.4 hours at 12V with a 1A draw (basically one router only). Not so?
This review omits the biggest issue, namely how long can this unit last when drawing the two routers most used in SA (the Vumatel fibre router and the Dlink WiFi router). A real-world test of this would have been useful!

I've been using this for a week now and it's amazing but I'm worried about the amps. Our router is 12v 1a but this ups pushes out 3A. Will that lead to issues in the future?
