How to Turn Scientific Notation Off for Python Matplotlib Plots, data analytics

I received some requests in response to how some of the code works in our data presentations over the weekend. Although not our formal review of research, it shows some insight into the analytics, which I hope is of some value to all viewers. Trust but Verify. I will try to include one data collection or analysis technique snippet as a trailer lead per week. Although I am just a weeeee amateur, please I encourage all those versed in Data Analytics to give some advice so we all may refine our skills.
