Your charger is rated at 100w total on AC and 200w total on DC. You are charging 2 6s batteries (22.2v x2 = 44.4v) if you divide 100w/44.4v = 2.25A. Thats your total charge power for each battery when you have your charger connected to AC.
If you connect it to DC the total power will be 4.5A for each battery.

Did you ever have a issue with charger main port I’ve been having that issue every time I go to charge my lipo batteries I get a message issue with charger main port wondering if you know what to do because I’m lost on it
