This is something TOTALLY different than what i usually do! To celebrate the release of Rare Replay I decided to run through all 30 games in the collection. Old-school arcade, NES, N64, XBox and Xbox 360 titles are all included! Honestly it was one of the most fun things I've done in a LONG time!

The reason they ported Killer Instinct Gold and not the arcade versions is because both the ardade versions are bundled with the Ultra Edition of Killer Instinct 3

I hope Conker Live & Reloaded gets added, they should make it uncensored and reactivate the servers for multiplayer.

Dang, that's one heck of a collection! This might be one of the reasons I decide to get a Xbox One one day! :D

A good variety of games to play there. A lot I don't recognise but a few I can remember such as Banjo and Kazooie and Killer and Instinct.

Hi Phil, many games in the Rare Replay collection on the Xbox One (espically Xbox 360 games, which was released or re-released for HD port) will have to be separately downloaded and then installed on it before you can play those games. Just give you a heads up.

I will never and I mean NEVER forgive Microsoft for what they did to Rare. The golden company saved the whole N64 back in the days and released awesome titles from left to right. Banjo and Kazooie and the Donkey Kong Country games are outstanding just to mention a few. I miss the old days sometime..

I'm creating a cartoon. It's called, Forgotten Tales! It's about these forgotten and obscure characters that no one remembers from media going on wacky and crazy adventures.

Sad Star Fox Adventures and Donkey Kong Country isn't here

(It's a joke, don't take it seriously)

I'm sorry, but I can't stop laughing of some people saying "WHY THERE ARE NO DONKEY KONG GAMES??"!! OMG!! Are you serious?? Donkey Kong is a character created and owned by Nintendo! Rare were the developers of the DK Country and DK Land series, included DK64 and Diddy Kong Racing! Before that, it was Nintendo themselves who developed DK1, DK Junior, DK3, GameBoy DK! After Rare's departure, Nintendo continued developing DK games, like Barrel Blast, King of Swing or Jungle Climber, until they gave the Country series to Retro Studios! Rare developed also another Nintendo IP: Star Fox Adventures for the GameCube, the only game they did to that console.

Although Rare has (or had) a "contract" with Nintendo to NOT develop any games on Nintendo's home consoles ... home... consoles ... yes. As far as I know, Rare can develop without any problem games on Nintendo portable systems. That is why we have ports of DKC on the GBA made by Rare, a Diddy Kong Racing DS developed by Rare and ... Viva Piñata DS, by Rare.

OK, I'm sorry, back to work ...
