Does the characteristic need to be physical or can it be that my employer tells me I'm "agitated" because I disagreed with her viewpoint on something (many times)? I ask because I often feel the stereotype of "angry black woman" being imposed on me :(

My old supervisor quit and I received a fill in that I have had maybe two experiences in the same location. I did not know him. He took over during review time and looked at my reviews and gave his negative opinion. After I told him I disagree but will check my documents, he turned to his boss, told him not to say anything then proceeded to ask if my wife like her car and if I liked my car and the new house we had just purchased. Confused I said yes and then threatens to personally fire me if I didn’t get my location the way he wanted it in 30 days. I was his #1 location out of 6. I am also an African American. Could his threat be views as discriminative? Thank you

If something is going to discriminate against you they will. It's the old I'm better than you simply by putting you down. I'm 81. Plenty of times tried. Just did not pay it no mind. Have yet to find others better off than me in anyway. Each I have visited with sure they knew a lot about something they thought important . Shot that down quick. Like jeopardy lots of answers but no reasons why. There's only one thing important enough to always remember. But know one knows what it is. It's not what you're thinking.
