Interpretation of the rules, the FIA has agreed that Ferrari has a legal front nose design, and I believe their interpretation of the S-Duct rules is also legal.

Considering the S-Duct was developed so that cars can more easily follow each other and not suffer turbulence from cars in front... they should be made LEGAL, letting all cars have them and to allow for better racing up and down the grid.
