The next step in gaming & VR & AR, for entertainment & online interaction, is to switch from "shallow faked" virtual worlds, with mere textures wrapped around generic 3D models, to a true "modelling of the real world!" There needs to be a vast library of real world object properties that can be inherited into games, so in game objects can TRUELY act like their real world counterparts. RTX is already a step in the right direction as it models real world light behaviour. But what about things like rocks, trees, glass, 4 legged animals, etc. Currently in games these real world objects do not have any properties to tell them how to react to ANY possible situation, which leads to sadly lacking realism when your in virtual world avatars tries to interact with them in a way that the programmers did not think of. If every object inherited appropriate properties for that object type, interactions would NO LONGER be restricted to the programmers anticipated actions to fake responses. And in reality, game development would not only become infinitely more realistic, it would become FASTER, as the objects would "know" how to behave by simply inheriting properties from a huge library of pre-existing objects that come with the game engine.

It's really amazing to see Jensen promote AMD products and calling out limitations of NVDA on how they are expensive and do not respect moore's law or keep power consumption low! Thank you for telling up how bad Nvidia devices are for environment.
