Guys, I watch these during the day at work. It reduces the fear level which would otherwise cause me to lose sleep at night, if I were seeing these during the night. However, seeing them anytime during 9am and 5pm while there is still pretty heavy sunlight, in a public setting, makes me actually keep my normal sleep cycle. At night I sleep like a baby.
