A great way to keep the blade from falling into your bowl: remove the processor bowl and look underneath.- There should be a hole where you can safely grip the plastic part of the blade while dumping the contents into your mixing bowl without dropping the blade. I also always use the grating blade to shred whole blocks of cheese in about 3 seconds. Been enjoying your breakfast sandwich recipe almost daily since you shared it, btw. Happy to see another recipe to try today :) Thanks for sharing.

Omg! I use my rice cooker spoon as a spatula too! Also, I have a food processor that I spent a lot of money on and I literally never use it! You've inspired me to at least wash the parts to mine! LoL!
