I like artazon or pokestop for turbo but I tried eldegoss from EV with blastoise too. I like that energy consistancy in my hand. Great water deck.

what about chien-pao or pidgeot tech? i think 1 chien-pao is really good with the bklastoise discard tech

Im currently try build a very good blastoise deck. Its so Hard to do i see man problems. You need enegy to discard, you Arena weak against devote tm and you cant one Hit clearly pokemon over 280 HP.
